Product Marketing Manager

• Own web funnel strategy and day-to-day optimization from the first touch to purchase — landing pages, pricing, checkout, and paywalls
• Research competitors, user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Come up with new funnel concepts, page structures, offers, pricing approaches, and messaging
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and other structured experiments
• Prioritize experiments by potential impact, effort, and speed to launch
• Brief Design/Frontend/Engineering, and build prototypes yourself using no-code and AI development tools
• Own funnel performance, with CR as the primary metric, while understanding supporting metrics such as CTR, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and retention
• Document experiment learnings and clearly communicate what works, what doesn’t, and what should scale

• Bring 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRO, or a similar role — a broader product or marketing background also works if you have the right skills
• Have experience with subscription monetization, pricing, and paywalls
• Know how to build and optimize high-converting web-to-app or web-to-desktop funnels
• Be hands-on with Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools, using them to build and iterate on prototypes, landing pages, or funnel experiences
• Own the full funnel lifecycle, from research and ideation through implementation, testing, and analysis
• Be comfortable running A/B tests and working with event-based analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• Think analytically and turn data and user behavior into actionable hypotheses
• Take projects from idea to implementation with a high level of ownership
• Communicate confidently in English at B2+ level
