Main Responsibilities

• Write manual and automated tests to conduct complex functional - integration tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria are met;.
• Perform functional testing in web/desktop applications and back-end systems;.
• Support, maintain, and improve all related test documentation;.
• Report software defects and collaborate across multiple development teams to resolve them;.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality products;.
• Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities;.
• Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team;.
• Contribute to feature testing strategies and actively participate in QA Guild discussions;.
• Help make the release process as smooth as possible while maintaining the highest quality;.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support best testing practices;.
• Bring your own ideas and initiatives – there is lots of space for creativity and innovation;.
• Ensure that the product meets high-quality standards for deployment..

• Proven experience in quality assurance (with a stronger focus on backend and API testing);.
• Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or similar);.
• Experience testing APIs (primarily Rest);.
• Strong experience in test case design, creating feature test plans, and managing test execution;.
• Experience in performing regression, functional, smoke, and ad-hoc testing;.
• Experience with test automation;.
• Experience with Gitlab and Gitlab CI;.
• Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.);.
• Familiarity with and understanding of complex technical systems/structures (e.g. microservice based architecture);.
• A desire for quality in each and all aspects of the shippable product;.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding how to work in software development teams;.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, written and spoken English;
