Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join an EU project with one of Accenture’s long-term clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, content teams, and technical specialists.

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (Salesforce platform, other systems via API-based integrations and batch data processing).
• Cross Channel Campaign Management (Email Studio. Mobile Connect, Mobile Studio, Content Builder).
• Contact & Audience Management (Contact Builder, All Subscribers, Profile subscription management).
• Content Creation (Email Studio, Mobile Mobile Studio, Content Builder).
• Template building (Content Builder, HTML & CSS, AMPscript, SSJS).
• Tracking & Reporting (Analytics Builder).
• Journey Management (Journey Builder).

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• At least one of Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum team working principles).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in Data modelling, SQL, JavaScript will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Integrations, etc.
• Data Cloud knowledge.
