Senior product manager | Enterprise Networking Solutions

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and design networking solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoC activities
• Support the sales team with technical expertise
• Contribute to networking product strategy and roadmap development
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Work closely with B2B customers and partners across the Baltics
• Business travel across Lithuania and Latvia for customer and partner meetings

Your ideal background:

• At least 5 years of experience in IP networking
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: Routing, LAN Switching, Security, or Data Center
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work directly with clients
• CCNP / CCDP-level knowledge or certification would be a strong advantage
