KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitoring the performance of the team members, tracking the project cost and the quality of the project documentation
- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfil the function-related tasks
- Coordinating project plans with the management and defining restrictions
- Guaranteeing the necessary project quality regarding the compliance with REWE International specifications
- Maintenance of the project communication with the departments in the HQ, the project managers (civil engineering, building services, electrical engineering, etc.) and external partners
- Processing the technical and commercial negotiations with the contract partners
- Monitoring and continuous optimization of the budget and guaranteeing the keeping of the budget within the defined framework
- Acting in an advisory, supporting, planning and contributing function for international projects and work groups in the frame of the business management
REQUIREMENTS

An open-minded personality, innovative, pro-active, sociable
- Completed technical university education (focus on constructional engineering)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
