Video Content Creator

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

You’ll work closely with our Employer Branding and Internal Communications teams to tell stories that show what we’re really about — solving complex problems, owning our results, and building a workplace worth sharing. From concept to final cut, you'll craft video content that’s real, bold, and true to our culture.

• Create video and photo content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
• Own the entire video content creation process from idea generation to post-production. Be the one who things of ideas, films the content and produces the final outcome.
• Manage logistics for photoshoots and execute photography tasks.
• Maintain video production equipment and manage digital files and assets.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Brainstorm ideas, capture moments of our daily lives and create content that showcases our company culture.

• At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
• Proficiency in high-definition camera equipment, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of video production best practices, tools, and software.
• Experience in creating scripts & content ideas from scratch.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
• Experience with AI video generation tools.

• Experience in creating short form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube.
