Join to us as a Business Clients Orders Coordinator!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

Communicate by e-mail and phone with customers and help pioneer more sustainable solutions;
Handle tasks such as order booking, monitoring order progress, generating reports, and more;
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues!

What we are looking for:

Great English skills (B2 level);
Experience with Excel/Google sheets (it will be your daily tool);
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.

Salary offered: 1.132 - 1.239 €/month (gross)
The minimum wage is paid during the training.
