What You Will Do:

•  Manage IT Service Desk service with a strong sense of ownership
• Oversee incident and service request resolution
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor team performance and key metrics
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless service
• Plan and drive implementation of improvements

What We Expect: 

• Proficiency in ITIL practices and frameworks
• Good understanding of IT systems, Operating systems, architecture and troubleshooting methodologies
• Proficiency in using ITSM tools
• Proficiency in using communication and telephony platforms
• Experience with remote support tools for assisting users with technical issues or service requests
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
