AI engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key technical role in building AI infrastructure and deploying production-level AI solutions across the organization.

You will work on integrating AI tools into real business processes, building internal AI components, and designing reliable and secure workflows used across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate external AI platforms (LLM APIs, chatbots, and agent frameworks) into existing systems.
• Develop internal AI components, including:
• RAG-based solutions.
• Guardrails and workflow logic.
• AI automation tools.
• Design and maintain evaluation pipelines to ensure reliability, safety, and stability of AI systems.
• Build MCP-based services enabling AI agents to interact with internal systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Configure prompts, retrieval mechanisms, and tool integrations.
• Ensure secure and compliant deployment of AI services.
• Develop logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Automate financial and operational workflows using AI technologies.
• Participate in designing and evolving AI architecture and infrastructure.

• Strong experience in software engineering, with a solid backend development background.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC practices (CI/CD, automated testing, engineering best practices).
• Ability to design and build secure, production-ready systems.
• Experience working with AI platforms, LLM APIs, or strong willingness to learn AI technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
