Job description:

Execute various R&D tasks for new product development and improvement of existing products.
Analyze and prepare product drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Select parts, components, and equipment.
Perform soldering, assembly, integration, and testing.
Provide feedback to the R&D team.
Work with diverse technologies ranging from 3D printing to automated processes.

Hands-on electronics assembly experience, including soldering, desoldering, mechanical assembly, PCB work, and surface-mount component handling.
Ability to read and create technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Strong communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
Experience in prototyping (preferably for small product series).
Experience in product integration and testing.
Ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Mechanical assembly experience (advantage).
