Associate Team Leader (Data Analysis)

We are looking for an Associate Team Leader (Data Analysis) to join our growing team in Vilnius.

In this role, you will work on complex international consulting projects, taking ownership of analytical tasks and contributing to structured problem solving. This is a hands-on technical role with growing leadership responsibilities, where you will combine advanced data analysis with guiding junior team members.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building analytical models, and solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with large datasets - cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Develop structured analytical solutions to complex business problems.
• Build and validate quantitative models using Python and SQL.
• Break down complex analytical tasks into logical components.
• Review and guide analytical work delivered by Data Analysts.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with international teams on analytical workflows.
• Support delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes.

• +3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Analytics, Quantitative Modelling, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with SQL and large structured datasets.
• Experience building analytical or statistical models.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain analytical outputs clearly.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
