Job description:
- Participating in the development of the organization’s and department's strategy, ensuring understanding of the strategic goals within the team and ensuring their execution.
- Delivering department financial and operational goals.
- Ensuring the profitability of ongoing projects and the activities of the department by continuous monitoring of the department's KPIs linked to team time utilization, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensuring timely reporting of department data such as performance analysis, financial forecasts, and other as needed. The company has reporting tools/system, the new Business Line Director will be responsible for owning reports, explaining data, etc.).
- Maintaining a high level of a service delivery standards for Clients (fulfillment of technical requirements, compliance with processes, quality of a project, client satisfaction).
- Actively engaging in business development activities. Directly participating in sales processes, analyzing Clients needs and supporting preparation of the commercial offers (including building business cases, negotiations, finding the best solutions for clients and the company).
- Collaborating with other departments (business lines, sales department) and group management. Ensuring proper communication within team and cross teams.
- Continuously evaluating existing processes and ways of working, implementing and driving changes to optimize and improve them. Identified areas of improvement: internal team management, forecasting revenues, more sustainable growth of the team.
- Making decision in regard to complex problems arising during project execution.
- Organizing of the work of the department (17+ team members).
- Developing team capabilities, growing employee skills, identifying talents and developing leadership bench.
- Increasing team engagement and growing a collaborative work culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing the projects of implementation Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / Supply Chain Management or any similar international ERP software (e.g. Oracle, SAP, other Microsoft Dynamics Family ERP’s, etc.).
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing team/department in IT industry (IT services, consulting, software implementation, or development).
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
- Relevant experience directly working with external customers.
- Basics of finance management (P&L, budgeting, financial management).
- Fluent English and Lithuanian.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of implementing organizational change.
- Ability to take ownership of business results and drive positive changes within the team.
