Job description:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the small accounting team.
- Oversee all company accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Improve and optimize financial and accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax declarations on time
- Support audits and maintain communication with external auditors.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and shareholders.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
- Safeguard company assets and reduce risks.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in GL accounting, finance, or audit.
- Strong drive for process improvement.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Experience with Business Central / MS Navision is an advantage.
- People management experience is an advantage.
