Job description:
As a CI Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering both local and global projects in a manufacturing environment. This role combines project coordination and production process improvement, ensuring effective implementation of changes from concept to completion. The position covers the full project lifecycle – from planning and structuring to execution – as well as continuous analysis of processes and implementation of efficiency improvement initiatives in collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and execute local and global projects in a manufacturing environment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks, ensuring control and transparency
- Ensure successful project delivery in line with agreed timelines and quality requirements
- Analyze production processes, monitor performance indicators, and initiate and implement efficiency improvement actions
Requirements:
- University degree
- Project management experience (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage)
- Understanding of production processes (flows, capacities, planning)
- Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles
- Very good English skills
- Ability to work with different organizational levels (from operators to senior management)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
