Job description:
- CSA provides the best possible service and support to customers via email.
- Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems.
- Researches and expedites customer requests.
- Provides support to the local Customer Service team and assists other teams when required.
- The support function is based in Lithuania, with one CSA supporting the Baltics and Finland, and another providing CSA support across the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
- Very good Lithuanian and English skills, written and verbal; additional languages a plus.
- Profound MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
- Attention to detail and team player
Nice to have:
- Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous, not a must.
- Experience with an ERP system would be helpful.
- Any other European language.
