Customer Service Representative, German Speaker

Job description:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to patient onboarding, reimbursement authorisation, and documentation processing.
  • Communicate with health insurance companies, physicians, and patients to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer data records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Validate and process customer-related documentation, such as prescriptions and training confirmations, with precision and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and update order statuses, shipment details, and invoicing information to maintain timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to verify information, troubleshoot issues, and support other business lines as needed.

Requirements:

  • You are proficient in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • You bring a strong ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills by working independently and in cooperation with other teams.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • You are able to interpret reports and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
  • You have previous experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Data Management, which is considered a plus.
