Join the team behind one of the world’s fastest-growing gaming marketplaces. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Communications team!
Responsibilities:
- Communicating quickly and efficiently with customers;
- Providing excellent customer service via live chat and email;
- Ensuring proper monitoring and control of platform security;
- Collaborating with the team to resolve user queries.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Experience in customer support or related functions;
- Passion for providing an excellent customer experience;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure;
- A team player who works effectively in a collaborative environment;
- Eagerness to contribute to the development and improvement of work processes;
- Availability to work assigned evening shifts 16:00 to 00:00 on various days of the week, including weekends.
