Job Description

We are currently looking for a E-Networks Tribe IT Lead, where you will play a significant role at the heart of shaping and driving ESO IT strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of advanced technologies to position the company as a truly digital enterprise. As a Tribe IT Lead, you design and implement IT strategic priorities and build and manage teams of developers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure the Tribe supports long-term business goals.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Leading and inspiring a tribe of developers, engineers, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-value digital products
  • Defining and executing the tribe’s strategy in alignment with business goals and the technology roadmap
  • Fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring delivery excellence, scalability, and operational stability across platforms and services
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies across tribes
  • Championing innovation, modern architecture, and DevOps practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven track of leadership experience as leader of leaders and delivery in software development and application operational support
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex delivery pipelines
  • Knowledge of software development life-cycle, CI/CD , containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Have strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams (including cross-functional project teams), achieve sustainable results and drive change
  • Have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to find a solution in complex issues
  • Proficiency in English
