We are looking for a colleague, who would join our Treasury team to focus on project financing opportunities and financial modelling for renewable energy projects. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Preparation of accurate financial models for financing projects
  • Lead the financial model due diligence process, organize tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for model audit), review and ensure quality of financing deliverables
  • Participate in the preparation and review of financing documents 
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (businesses, legal, engineering, procurement, commercial, M&A etc.), external counterparties and advisors
  • Be in charge of the internal approval processes and lead the preparation of materials such as presentations, memorandums, approval papers etc., to various stakeholders and decision-makers 
  • Monitor the performance of financing portfolio and provide insights to the management  
  • Follow industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; provide insights and updates to the management on the financing related topics in the market

We expect that You:

  • Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Have strong financial modelling and MS Excel skills, experience in building, reviewing and utilizing valuation/financing models
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in project/corporate financing, banking, M&A, corporate finance or a related field
  • Have an excellent command of English
  • Have experience in conducting due diligence of financing/investment opportunities
  • Have enrolment in CFA, ACCA or a similar qualification (an advantage)

Salary range for this position group is 3812 to 5718 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
