Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Oversee the financial accounting and reporting processes, including month-end and year-end close activities.
• Take a leading role in the implementation of the fast-closing process, closely collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective cooperation with accounting function in the preparation of financial statements, accuracy and completeness in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Monitor and control financial performance against budget, identifying variances and providing insights to senior management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Formulate the operating principles of the financial control unit, establish short-term and long-term operational objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to financial control team members under direct supervision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

We expect that You:

• Have degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• Have knowledge of IFRS, ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
• Have 5+ years of overall finance management and control experience
• Have excellent English language skills (both verbal & written)
• Are proficient user of MS Office programs
• Are able to present clearly and diligently financial and operational performance
• Have strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Are result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve.

Salary range for this position group is 4651 to 6976 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
