We are looking for a colleague, who would join our team and help us ensure workplace healthcare provisions for employees across Ignitis Renewables operational countries (Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and Estonia). Your key areas of responsibility will be: 

• Collaborate with the employment department to verify new starter's medical risk factors  
• Analyze and evaluate results from mandatory medical examinations, coordinating with stakeholders for alignment 
• Enforce occupational health requirements, ensuring compliance with company and country legal standards 
• Organize and implement healthy lifestyle programs and employee health promotion initiatives 
• Provide guidance and support in first aid situations for employees as needed 
• Collect occupational safety and health data, preparing comprehensive reports for the Head of HSSE 
• Conduct introductory briefings on occupational health and safety rules for newly hired employees, ensuring compliance through the digital training platform. (training will be provided) 
• Identify occupational risk factors and assess their impact on worker health, implementing necessary measures for prevention 
• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workplace environments and working arrangements, including psychological and ergonomic risk assessments such as RUBA/RULA
• Ensure a systematic approach across all operational offices and projects 
• Liaise with country managers and heads of departments about initiatives.

We expect that You:

• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (COHN-S) certification preferred
• Proven experience working in occupational health and safety, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting 
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary range for this position group is 3124 to 4686 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
