We are looking for a colleague to lead the technical support to teams developing and delivering utility-scale wind projects across the Baltic countries and Poland. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Prepare technical requirements and specifications for the WTG tendering procedures
• To review the technical documentation produced from WTG supplier and identify any technical issues or risks
• To support wind farm layout design, energy yield and design optimization
• Contribute to due diligence of potential wind farm site acquisitions
• To support wind turbine construction, commissioning and performance testing
• Follow renewable energy (wind) industry trends/innovations and to apply the knowledge in the daily activity.

Required for this position:

• Have degree qualified in Engineering (mechanical / electrical / mechatronics)
• Have a 5+ years of experience in consultancy, contracting or design within the wind sector
• Demonstrated track record of providing engineering and technical advice on wind energy projects from development phase through to operations either on the owner side or as a consultant to the owner
• Have deep knowledge of the technical aspects of turbine supply agreements
• Are familiar with the various EU requirements, legislation and development routes for wind projects
• Have strong technical report writing skills
• Have good knowledge of English language.

Salary range for this position group is 3436 to 5155 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
