Job description:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and customers across European markets;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer partnerships;
- Manage the full sales cycle — from customer inquiry to successful order closure;
- Consult clients on technical solutions and ensure high-quality customer support;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis;
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events;
- Work closely with colleagues in Lithuania and Sweden within a shared international sales organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in forestry, agricultural, municipal, or similar machinery industries;
- Good technical understanding of tractors, forestry machinery, or similar heavy equipment, with an interest in technical products and machinery;
- Experience working with B2B clients, dealers, distributors, or export markets would be considered an advantage;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with international dealers and partners;
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Good German language skills;
- Proactive and self-driven personality, comfortable working in an international sales environment;
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits, dealer meetings, and exhibitions across Europe.
