Finance Controller

The Finance Controller is responsible for managing and developing the company’s operational finance function. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports budgeting and forecasting, and partners with business teams to drive performance and efficiency. The position also oversees accounting activities in Lithuania and Latvia and reports directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Closing
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local requirements
• Review key accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Monitor actual vs. budget performance and provide insights

Performance & KPI Analysis

• Analyze profitability, costs, and key business KPIs
• Prepare business cases and support decision-making

Management Reporting

• Prepare and present monthly financial and performance reports
• Provide clear insights to senior management

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams
• Support financial decision-making and efficiency improvements

Team & Process Management

• Oversee accountants in Lithuania and Latvia
• Improve financial processes, systems, and controls 

• 4+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
• Good understanding of IFRS (local GAAP is a plus)
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
• Experience working with different stakeholders
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• English and Lithuanian required
