Financial Controller / Data Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven, curious and structured team player to join our Purchasing Department and support decision-making across the Baltic region. This is a highly impactful role where your financial insights and analytical mindset will directly contribute to smarter purchasing strategies and improved cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control Purchasing department’s budget for the Baltic countries.
• Prepare financial analyses and cost optimization suggestions.
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable reports.
• Manage and coordinate all invoices and cost records.
• Support procurement reporting and performance analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal purchasing processes.

• A higher education degree (finance, data analysis, business management, economics, statistics, or related field).
• Experience in financial analysis, planning, auditing or controlling.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence with tools like PowerPoint or Power BI.
• Very good spoken and written English (B2-C1).
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
