Our team specializes in providing reclaim and relief at source service for our clients’ withholding tax on foreign income, including dividends and interest payments. Our area is split in two countries, one in Lithuania and one in Denmark, with around 26 colleagues in total.

As an Associate Business Analyst in our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in shaping our operations and services. You will introduce controls for our processes, create Tableau dashboards to monitor risk and enable timely actions, assist with data collection and analysis for decision-making and issue analysis, and contribute to IT projects aimed at enhancing our services.

Mission

• Develop and implement controls of varying complexity to cater to team needs and requests
• Facilitate data collection and provision for the team, ensuring data integrity through rigorous cross-validation
• Leverage SQL and Tableau for data extraction and visualization, delivering insightful information to both management and the team
• Contribute to IT projects impacting our area by providing insights on databases and data infrastructure relevant to Securities’ Withholding Tax Services
• Constantly assess processes and identify areas of improvement to enhance the quality of services we provide

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, experience in data analysis and knowledge of Tableau would be highly advantageous
• Prior experience in the financial services and/or banking sector
• An analytical and structured mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
• Upped-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences
• As an individual, you are responsible, diligent, and bring a positive attitude to work. You are curious and can thrive in a dynamic environment handling diverse tasks of varying complexity

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst – Business, Associate.
