Hi there! We are looking for a Network Solution Architect to our DevOps and Infra team within PU- Ace unit. I am Robert Lemming and I am leading the DevOps and infra team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

As a Network Solution Architect, you will be the person within in Devops and Infra team that are responsible for creating the network design to establish IT communication to the customers using our service Telia Ace. You will not be building the technical solutions yourself, only designing and then ordering other teams within Telia to set up different parts of the IT-communication. You will make sure that each piece of the puzzle works. Telia Ace consists of a wide range of diverse technologies stretching from networking, Kubernetes, servers, clusters, and other components such as Telia Ace applications. 

Typical daily tasks will involve having dialogs with delivery teams and project leaders, and meetings with new customers but it can also be involved in incident management and problem-solving related to the customers. Additionally, you will have a role in the DevOps and Infra team working to make our Telia Ace solution easier to deliver network-wise to the customers. You will be responsible for the dialogs with our development teams, process owners, and other stakeholders to achieve that.  You will also be a part of the rest of the team building new services and platforms.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Working together with colleagues to setup and support Telia Ace solutions for customers
• Problem-solving with a proactive/preventative approach.
• Continuously keeping different technical documentation up to date
• Taking on the network specialist role in customer projects
• Continuously working to improve the process and our way of working with deliveries.

Is this you?

Your Experience:

• Previous experience working with firewalls, Load balancers (F5), routers (Cisco).
• Knowledge and experience working with technical IT Operation.
• Good if you have experience working with server-infrastructure.
• Experience on IP Networks and troubleshooting.
• Technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 3 687 Eur (gross) to 5 531 Eur  (gross) per month plus annual bonuses which depend on your competencies and your and Telia's results. Besides each employee Telia has an additional employee benefits package which includes:
