The EY Tax team is looking for last-year students or graduates who are willing to become future CFOs, Group Tax Directors or Tax experts, board members, entrepreneurs, or business owners of the largest multinational enterprises. The opportunity:

Start as a Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist and explore your further career opportunities in a global professional services business. Depending on your current experience, you can start as an intern or specialist/ consultant. The position can be full or part-time (0,75 FTE), depending on your availability.

In this role, you'll be working with the largest multinational companies in various industries and fast-growing start-ups around the globe. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to future leaders in businesses across various industries and positions.

Depending on your chosen career path, your key responsibilities could be:

Conducting Transfer Pricing Reviews: supporting senior team members in conducting transfer pricing reviews etc.
Performing Financial Analysis: assisting in performing financial analysis to identify transfer pricing risks, potential areas of non-compliance, etc.
Developing Transfer Pricing Strategies: assisting colleagues to ensure that intercompany transactions stay compliant with regulations and are tax efficient
Drafting Transfer Pricing Documentation: preparing transfer pricing documentation, including reports, memos, and policies
Communicating with Tax Authorities: In the event of a tax audit or dispute, coordinating (or assisting) with tax authorities and developing an efficient resolution
Practice effective teamwork while completing various other tasks.

To qualify for the role, we expect you to be:

Student or graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields
Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
A personality with a mix of communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.
