Operations Officer in Trade Finance

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Trade Finance Documentary Collections team. Our primary responsibility is daily customer support with international trade. We mainly work with customers within Nordic countries.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

*As per the latest quarantine regulation in Lithuania, our team is currently using rotation regarding working remotely and in the office. 


  • Handle original trade documents and international payments related to one of Trade Finance products – Documentary Collections
  • Process transactions in full compliance with international standard practices and regulations
  • Communicate directly with customers through various channels daily
  • Work according to LEAN principles, ensuring quality


  • Higher education
  • Previous experience related with banking and finance sector in operations or customer service area
  • Strong customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality service
  • Attention to details and high focus on quality
  • Willingness to take responsibility and being proactive
  • Being a good team player who thrives in a team-based global environment
  • Fluent English skills (in both speaking and writing)
  • Experience in Trade Finance area would be an advantage

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery .
