As a Platform Billing Specialist, you will use complex reporting and calculation tools to become an expert on all Adform pricing models, platform operations, and invoicing peculiarities. Some of your key tasks will include working very closely with Sales Directors, communicating with customers through various communication channels (mainly Zendesk), and liaising with all Adform departments from customer support to development. You will be an important part of the whole customer cycle. With the Adtech industry constantly evolving, we will rely on you to learn and become an expert in the inner workings of the industry. With the current growth trajectory of Adform on a global level, this role will expedite your professional growth and give you exposure to many aspects of the business.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the experts of all Adform product’s rate cards
• Ensure the smooth Adform partner’s invoices processing
• Take a significant part in revenue reporting process
• Participate in new product’s monetization process
• Support other Adform teams on billing related questions

We expect you

• Have a higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field (might be Mathematics)
• Have strong MS Excel skills
• Have fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Have analytical skills
• Have flexibility and high accuracy

It would be an advantage if you

• Have experience in communication with clients in foreign countries
• Have experience of working with MS Navision / Oracle Netsuite
