As a PMO office for the TTNT, our team is responsible for:
- Single point of entry for the overall Danske Bank Group Strategy reporting
- Ensuring the delivery of the set OKRs & KPIs
- Any ad hoc support in material preparation for both internal & external stakeholders
- Supporting strategic building blocks with standardised programme management practices, documentation & Agile ceremony execution
- Updating & reporting on the financials, benefit realisation
- Aligning across Danske Bank Group on the calculation methods for key deliverables
As a Scrum Master, you will be supporting our Public Cloud@ Scale programme workstreams in ensuring JIRA hygiene, maintaining workstream boards, facilitating Agile ceremonies. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the unit and stakeholders outside of the unit.
Mission
- Be responsible for liaising with the workstream project managers & technical lead to facilitate problem description & ensure proper escalation/roadblock removal
- Engage with workstream key stakeholders in defining requirements & data needs
- Capture & organise requirements into stories and explain them to the development team
- Drive and support teams in working with agile values and ensuring the agile principles are anchored in the programme
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and engagement inside and outside the team
- Ensure a structured administrative foundation
Your specific areas of responsibility will depend on your qualifications.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Minimum of 1 of year experience with JIRA
- Ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes and a high inflow of information
- The ability to collaborate with and manage stakeholders across seniority levels
- A friendly and collaborative approach to working across teams and functions
- A self-driven, ambitious, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- A positive can-do attitude
- Have solid IT skills within MS office
- Scrum Master certification would be considered an advantage
- Upper-Intermediate English, both in speech and writing

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Consultant-Development, Senior.
