Senior CMDB and Configuration Management Specialist

The Service Portfolio Governance team provides the governance model and best practices upon Service Portfolio, Common Service Data Model and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
The Service Portfolio is mastered in ServiceNow and is the golden source of information for the services delivered internally and externally. Our team governs the Service Portfolio so that Service Owners can at all times maintain their responsibilities of configuration, compliance and reporting.
You will be part of a team based in Lithuania, Denmark and India. The team uses best practices with a high level of ownership and a huge potential to make influence the organization.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority role.
Mission
- Work with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework in Service Now and perspective guidance for building CMDB
- Promote and be part of CSDM framework implementation
- Contribute to building CMDB
- Have an opportunity to deep dive into Service Now out of the box solutions
- Ensure knowledge sharing across the organisation, for example, best practices internally and externally
- Promote the department‘s strategy with the development of effective, efficient and value-creating processes that make our consumer’s lives easier and realize our tooling platform’s full potential
Skills
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and understanding of how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)
- Hands-on experience working/building CMDB
- Previous experience working on Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- The focused mindset with demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Proven and assured stakeholder management capabilities
- Upper-intermediate English both written and verbal

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be IT Performance Manager, Senior.
