And are you motivated to use your Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) skills in customer and employee research, design and implementation collaborating with a dedicated team? Well, then, this opportunity is for you!

Our focus is to improve design thinking where we put people at the center as an essential part of our IT development across the Financial Crime Solutions domain. The domain consists of tribes working with IT development for Know-your-customer/Anti-Money Laundering, and monitoring and Screening solutions. To ensure this, we are a diverse team with a wide range of skills from CX, UX Design, Communications, and Behavioral Science.

We are a motivated and globally distributed team of 12 people, working from offices in Denmark, Lithuania, and India. You will be based in our amazing office in Vilnius.

Mission

Your responsibility as a Senior Consultant in the HCD team will be to ensure expertise, in close collaboration with two other CX consultants, a CX/EX focus to our insights gathering, analyses and designs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dependent on your skills and preferences and would typically include:

  • Scope, conduct and support CX/EX research using the full range of Design Thinking techniques: qualitative interviews, surveys, ideation, contextual observations, pretotyping, and others
  • Communicate and collaborate with wide variety of stakeholders
  • Planning, execution, and facilitation of co-design workshops

Skills

You demonstrate creative mindset and enthusiasm for both improving the customer and employee experience. You are willing to keep up to date with the latest insights and developments in CX to contribute to the continuous improvement of your team’s methods and approaches.

You have minimum 2 years of experience from consultancy or alternatively 2 years of a similar position working with CX, and/or Financial Services space and you are curious by nature and can challenge the current state in a value adding manner. You have extensive planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Furthermore:

  • You have broad experience in cooperating across different departments and stakeholders
  • You possess an analytical mind-set being able to break down complex problems and finding the right approach
  • Advanced communication skills both verbal and written in English

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
