Senior IT Software Engineer (.NET Core / C#)
Area
Globally distributed team of 6 experts ensuring regulatory compliance in Markets area. We own and develop 2 major systems:
Price Control (PC) – responsible for controlling fair trade price.
Markets Abuse Monitoring (MAM) – aka The Big Brother, responsible for Trader behaviour surveillance.
You will work closely together with business analysts, architects and software engineers.
We’re using latest technologies such as .net 6/8 for Back-End and Blazor for Front-End. Additional tech stack – RMQ, MSSQL, SignalR, REST APIs, GRPC APIs, Python, ELK, OpenShift, Azure DevOps, and etc. We have experienced Business Analysts that support engineers with requirements. But most importantly – great stakeholders and atmosphere.
Our team currently transitions to Public Cloud so we have migration tasks additionally to standard new features development on existing systems, therefore we are looking for motivated engineer who’s willing to learn new domain and is willing to share knowledge from previous experience.

Mission
- Play a crucial role in defining and executing Public Cloud migration tasks
- Implement new features
- Improve existing codebase
- Ensure smooth system operation in Production
- Design system components
- Support and mentor junior engineers, ensuring an environment of learning and growth
- Handle project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in an agile, self-organizing scrum team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our needs and corporate goals
Skills
- 4+ years of experience using .Net Core (C#)
- Experience in/using MSSQL and EF Core, REST/GRPC APIs, TDD and SOLID
- Experience building robust and resilient distributed systems
- Experience in cloud platforms and understanding of cloud architecture would be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of Containers, Blazor, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, Python would be considered as a big bonus
- Demonstrated experience in secure coding practices
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
