Senior Project Consultant in Sanctions Screening Continuous Development Unit

Do you have experience in developing projects/process improvement initiatives? Want to dive into the rapidly changing environment and expand your knowledge? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Sanctions Screening Continuous Development Unit, a part of the Financial Crime Prevention department.
You will be joining a team of Process and Development Consultants and a Team Lead who are playing a major role in driving Sanctions and PEP screening-related initiatives.
As a project coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the team, working in a fast-changing environment, coordinating various initiatives, improving processes, and completing time sensitive tasks while directly being responsible for Sanctions and PEP Screening end-to-end projects and processes.

Mission
- Coordinate and implement process enhancements
- Conduct continuous improvement assurance
- Coordinate and maintain process documentation
- Manage medium-complexity initiatives/projects within your field of expertise
- Navigate within a large organization, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and establish positive relationships
- Ensure that project deliverables align with strategic directions and generate measurable benefits for Sanctions and PEP Screening area
Skills
- Proven experience with project management, coordination, or Sanction related processes (at least 1-2 years)
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in setting priorities, willingness to actively take ownership and deliver tasks through to a successful conclusion
- Structured mindset, critical thinking, and process curiosity
- Proactiveness, result-orientation, motivation, and eagerness to learn
- Experience in communicating with external and internal consulting firms would be appreciated
- Experience in Compliance or Sanctions area and CAMS or CGSS certificate would be considered as an additional bonus
- Advanced spoken and written English

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Consultant – Development, Senior.
