The Risk and Compliance Tribe is looking to expand and is looking for a (senior) risk analyst. The Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional teams which enables us to work in a truly Agile organisation. Each team is self-organized and empowers members to make decisions and take action to deliver on products and services for our stakeholder. 

You will be joining a team with approx.10 other colleagues ranging from Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Risk Analysts in the Impairment & Stress Test Analytics. We work with business intelligence, reporting and keeping the Bank safe through a strong impairment process and solid external risk reporting.

Additionally, you will be part of the Risk Analyst Chapter. As part of our chapter, you will contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and shared goals. You will be a part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

This position will be based in Lithuania, Vilnius.

Mission

You will work on digitising existing reporting solutions for the group Executives and their portfolios but also working more broadly with data for ad hoc analyses for other parts of the organization. Other tasks will include:

• Work with external reporting and be an important player in the group’s Financial Statement creation and other areas that the team covers
• Designing tableau workbooks and dashboards and potentially dataflows
• Generate ideas for how to improve solutions and then implementing these together with the rest of the team
• Support on data deliveries for auditors, authorities, and other both internal and external stakeholders

You will also get the opportunity to with a wide set of stakeholders in the Bank.

Skills

We are looking for a person that is as excited about data, as we put our data to work to enable actionable impairment insights. We imagine that you have 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably within the financial sector. Furthermore, you bring to the team:

• Ability to extrapolate key findings within the risk area using data and visuals
• Experience working with SQL and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI)
• +2 year of experience with Python
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Experience in impairment process, reporting and/or governance would be considered as an advantage

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
