Job description:

As a Flight Test Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the performance and reliability of both our UAV platforms and the software that controls them, ensuring that every system we deploy meets operational requirements and field-ready standards.
Plan and execute manual flight tests for our UAV platforms, following structured procedures and accurately documenting results.
Perform hands-on testing of mission-control software, autopilot behavior, and full system workflows.
Review and verify work items in our development process, ensuring requirements are met and software changes behave as intended.
Collaborate with software engineers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and maintain a reliable release cycle.
Develop and refine test processes and documentation to ensure consistent and repeatable quality.
Conduct full release testing, ensuring each software version is stable, reliable, and ready for operational use.

3+ years of experience in manual testing, QA processes, or technical flight-test environments.
Ability to work within structured development workflows and clearly document findings.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a process-driven mindset.
Nice to Have: Experience with hardware–software systems, robotics, aviation, or UAV-related work.
Nice to Have: Familiarity with release cycles and cross-team collaboration in engineering organizations.
