Job description:
- Build and implement an integrated omnichannel strategy by orchestrating actions across the call center, physical branches, and digital channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and enabling the bank’s strategic phygital vision.Lead CRM and marketing automation implementation from platform selection to execution.
- Own major transformation projects such as loyalty program development, as well as the design and deployment of advanced analytics and decisioning systems that enable customer personalization through next best action and next best offer strategies.
- Create and manage a data-driven marketing framework (segmentation, ROI, attribution models).
- Build and lead the digital marketing and retail business analytics team from the ground up.
- Represent digital growth strategy at C-level.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in leading digital marketing projects.
- Hands-on experience building omnichannel solutions.
- Full leadership scope: team building, KPI setting, budget ownership, vendor management.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies (MarTech, CDP, CRM, BI, automation platforms).
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder communication and project ownership.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or digital-native retail businesses is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
