Job description:
- Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth plans.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the executive and leadership teams on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Drive HR performance metrics (KPIs), leveraging data and analytics to support business decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse HR team (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other people functions).
- Ensure effective talent attraction, development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement practices across the organization.
- Monitor labor market trends, competitive developments, and broader industry dynamics to identify opportunities that support organizational growth and strengthen employer attractiveness.
- Champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience, at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent.
- Experience working within an international, complex, or rapidly growing business environment.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing HR KPI frameworks and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and workforce trends.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.
