Job description:
- Ensure smooth operation and strategic development of the company’s production department.
- Organize and optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Lead the production team, ensuring their development, motivation, and a safe working environment.
- Oversee production planning, raw material supply, and capacity allocation.
- Ensure compliance with product quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (logistics, technical, energy, quality, etc.).
- Implement new technologies, automation, and modernization projects.
- Manage the production budget and report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience in process management, efficiency improvement, and application of LEAN methodologies (an advantage).
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage change effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Results-oriented mindset, systematic thinking, and accountability.
- English and Russian language skills – an advantage.
