Job description:
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health policies and procedures;
- Conduct workplace inspections, assess risks and provide solutions;
- Manage and update OSH, fire and civil protection documentation;
- Organize employee safety training (including first aid and fire safety);
- Manage the supply and compliance with requirements of personal protective equipment;
- Investigate accidents and incidents;
- Ensure compliance with the ISO 45001 standard;
- Maintain safety equipment and ensure its readiness for use;
- Prepare OSH reports;
- Perform occupational risk assessments and propose preventive solutions;
- Contribute to improving the safety culture in the company;
- Consult managers and employees on OSH issues;
Requirements:
- At least higher (collegiate) education;
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- Gained work experience in the field of occupational safety and health (in a manufacturing company - an advantage).
- Knowledge of LEAN principles in production (an advantage);
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania on occupational safety and health;
- Computer literacy - excellent skills in working with the MS Office program package;
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking;
- Driver's license (category B);
