Job description:
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR and office-related matters
- Manage the employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Prepare and administer employment-related documentation in line with Lithuanian Labour Code
- Coordinate payroll inputs, invoice processing, and support communication with the accounting team
- Oversee office operations: suppliers, services, and workplace needs
- Organise business travel, internal events, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate occupational health and safety processes (e.g. medical check-ups)
- Monitor budgets and support basic forecasting
- Support employer branding and local office initiatives
- Contribute to improving HR and administrative processes
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR, office management, or operations
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code and HR best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Have occupational health and safety specialist certification or do it within probation time (company would cover the fees)
