Job description:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
- Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
- Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects;
- Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties;
- Support training planning (soft skills and technical);
- Assist with employee relations and feedback culture;
- Organize internal events and contribute to employer branding;
- Conduct local salary market research and support HR operations.
Requirements:
- Have at least one year of HR experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good understanding of local labor market and HR practices;
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism;
- Experience in recruitment and HR coordination;
- Fluent in local language and English;
