Job description:
- Take part in preparing system specifications at different project stages – create or help create system testing procedures and specifications
- Plan, carry out, and coordinate system integration, quality checks, and handover to the client
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify improvements needed to meet contract requirements
- Track and coordinate issue resolution, support decision-making
- Contribute to a safe working environment by following internal health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures
- Collect and provide insights and improvement suggestions based on your knowledge and experience
- Prepare different reports related to project management and results
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering (automation, information systems, or a related field)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good English skills (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Experience in conveyor or production lines, or engineering project management is an advantage
- Results-oriented, proactive, able to motivate yourself and others
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 50–80% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
