Job description:

Take part in preparing system specifications at different project stages – create or help create system testing procedures and specifications
Plan, carry out, and coordinate system integration, quality checks, and handover to the client
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify improvements needed to meet contract requirements
Track and coordinate issue resolution, support decision-making
Contribute to a safe working environment by following internal health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures
Collect and provide insights and improvement suggestions based on your knowledge and experience
Prepare different reports related to project management and results

Degree in engineering (automation, information systems, or a related field)
Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team and independently
Good English skills (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
Experience in conveyor or production lines, or engineering project management is an advantage
Results-oriented, proactive, able to motivate yourself and others
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel 50–80% of the time
Valid driver’s license
