Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Process engineer to join our growing team in Moletai, Lithuania.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- monitor the production process of electronic testing equipment and robotic assembly systems, representing the department on quality matters
- provide suggestions on production process efficiency and quality issues
- prepare procedures and instructions, implementing them into the production process
- analyze production discrepancies, develop preventive plans, and coordinate preventive actions
- implement changes to the production process
- monitor quality department metrics
- work two shifts: 6:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30, 5 days a week (weekends and public holidays off)
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- higher education in electronics, mechanics, telecommunications, or radio-electronic equipment fields or significant experience in these areas
- ability to read and prepare technical documentation, instructions, and electronics knowledge
- understanding of robotic system operation principles, knowledge of process efficiency and quality improvement issues
- experience in a manufacturing company (considered an advantage)
- computer literacy (MS Office)
- english language skills at B1-B2 level
- curiosity, analytical skills, ability to quickly absorb and analyze information, and respond promptly to emerging issues
OUR OFFER
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position starts from 14 Eur/h to 18 Eur/h (~2350 Eur – 3020 Eur) pre-tax, with bonus opportunities depending from work results.
* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
