IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- prepare ISO:82079-1:2019 standard-based documentation to enable non-technical and technical users to easily implement Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions
- organize, write, translate, improve, and standardize new or existing documentation for Teltonika Telematics Wiki knowledge base
- constant supervision and research to determine where documentation is needed or insufficient
- participate in development of technical documentation driven Artificial Intelligence tool aimed to automate technical support
- work closely with Technical Support, Product Managers, R&D, QA, and Designers to gather data
- delve into analytics and statistics for continuous improvement
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU
- have experience preparing technical documentation and explain complex technologies easily
- have excellent spoken and written English skills, including thoughtful information hierarchy, and great sentence structure, other foreign language skills will be considered an advantage
- have excellent computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- have a creative and analytical mindset to work with large amounts of data
- have technical education (Electronics/Mechanics Engineering, Technical Communications, or related field). Will be considered an advantage
- have the basics of telecommunication systems and IOT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals
- have practice with ticket-based platforms (Jira, OpenProject, Service Desk) would be a bonus
Salary:
Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 13 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~ 2170 EUR – 3000 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
