We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are currently looking for a Wafer FAB Process Engineer who will be responsible for transferring power device fabrication from R&D stage to mass production. You will lead the takeover of existing technology from the technology provider and plan all fabrication aspects in detail, from separate process flow steps/modules to the overall production line.

- Analyse in detail the technology licensed by the technology provider
- Analyse new manufacturing technologies and solutions
- Plan in detail process flows for semiconductor device fabrication, metrology and inspection, device parameter testing
- Plan in detail fabrication equipment and layout including automatization
- Plan in detail materials and utilities for fabrication
- Collaborate with colleagues in order to plan detailed cleanroom and overall building floor plan
- Cooperate with technology providers and vendors to implement power device fabrication technologies for high-volume fabrication
- This role may require additional duties and/or tasks, assigned by management
- Have experience in planning production process flow, material flows, capacity, production line and necessary infrastructure, preferably in semiconductor fabrication
- Have expertise in semiconductor fabrication process and equipment: photolithography, wet processing, etch, thin films, diffusion, implantation, etc.
- Have experience in determining efficient utilization of equipment and personnel for quality, yield and cost
- Have experience in using CAD tools: AutoCAD or similar
- Have strong attention to detail and planning abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have technical project management experience - driving execution and solving problems

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 25,00Eur/h up to 40,00Eur/h (~4170Eur –6670Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
