My name is Vaiva Striužė and I am leading Shared service team @ Telia IT Fulfilment unit. The team is responsible for development, delivery, maintenance, and operations of the Common Service Order Management (SOM) solution. Our solution orchestrates order provisioning for mobile and fix services in Finland, Sweden, and Lithuania. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using Java on Linux
• Work with web services to implement and enhance provisioning processes within the Telia network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot any issues arising during the development lifecycle.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our software practices, including but not limited to code review, unit testing, and documentation.

Is this you?

Your experience:

• 2+ years of work experience as Java back-end and API developer.
• Proven experience Linux environment.
• Experience with web services (SOAP, REST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• It’s a beneficial if you know TMF, GitHub, Ansible, Jfrog.
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Beneficial to have:

• Experience in multicultural enterprise environment is a plus.
• Being familiar with Telecommunication industry (BSS & OSS)
• General understanding of CI/CD

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3 000 Eur (gross) to 4 000 Eur  (gross) per month plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
