We are now looking for an IT oriented Transformation Leader that will be responsible for Demand and Delivery to Assurance Services and Automation unit within Telia IT Production. In IT Production we continuously consolidate and develop our OSS backend systems. Simplicity and Automation are driving forces of our activities to support our business and stakeholders. We work in SAFE and as a Transformation Lead you will have the direct responsibility to work with our Assurance Release Trains coordinating E2E deliveries with Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and other Release Trains within Telia Company.
Typical tasks of a Transformation Lead include e.g. supporting RTEs and Product Management on driving the product backlog and early demands, help to coordinate critical path E2E activities that involve multiple DevOPS teams and Release Trains, ensure that Assurance Service unit delivers on our most important and prioritized milestones.
In this key position you will be co-creating the further direction of our roadmap and vision supporting Telia’s Service Assurance business area with high-quality, cutting-edge IT services. You will be part of a multi-national team within Telia IT, where your skills are valued, opinions considered, and constant drive for and delivery of improvements recognized and rewarded all the way through.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the transformation objectives are in line with the company's long-term goals.
Cooperate with the IT department to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions that support the transformation objectives.
Build trust and safe environment where problems can be raised for improvement, enable everyone around you.
Just make things happen with positive attitude and without pressure, assigning, or dictating the work.
Act as a chief advocate for the transformation both internally and externally.
Translate noise and complexity into simple, understandable messages for internal and external communication.
Is this you?
Knowledge and experience:
You have a technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Leadership, Transformation or Project Management role for at least 5 years leading complex deliveries.
Knowledge of various Agile approaches like SAFe. Awareness and experience with Agile techniques: user stories, Continuous Integration / Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing etc.
Familiarity with and experience in DevSecOps best practices and transformations.
Excellent in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
You act as natural change agent leading with empathy via inspiration and empowering followers to achieve higher goals.
Good relationship builder and can build reach and impact in a large and complex organization.
Excellent in communication and mentoring. You are positive and open for new ideas and changes and can present them structured way to stakeholders.
You understand the importance in delivering quality and being thorough.
You like to solve tasks as an individual or in virtual teams, where the ambition is to grow together with the team.
You can work free in English and any Nordic of Baltic languages, both written and verbally.

We offer a monthly base salary from 5858 - 8700 EUR gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. We also have a great benefits package which includes:
