My name is Vaiva Striužė and I am leading Shared service team @ Telia IT Fulfilment unit. The team is responsible for development, delivery, maintenance, and operations of the Common Service Order Management (SOM) solution. Our solution orchestrates order provisioning for mobile and fix services in Finland, Sweden, and Lithuania. It is target platform for Telia group and we are in transformation journey across our global footprint while keeping evolving and maintaining quality.

Is this your next opportunity?

As a member of my team, you will hold E2E responsibility for service we provide to our customers both from Development and from Operations side. Our team is responsible for key transformation deliveries for Nordic and Lithuania, so you as an IT Service Manager will be at a center of this activity, focusing on supporting and following best ITSM practices for our applications within Fulfillment unit.

As a Service Manager in Telia you will be responsible for:

  • IT Service Management process Set-up
  • Roadmap and Life Cycle Management execution for service and driving the initiation (i.e. service assurance & new applications onboarding onto global tools, security by design requirements, business impact assessment, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining IT service catalogs, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to track service performance and identify areas for improvements.
  • Managing internal deliveries where PM is not present (Service portfolio mappings/service Migration to SNOW)
  • SLA, OLA agreements with business
  • Service reviews with vendors.
  • Priority Controls
  • Service support and development quality management.
  • Release/deployment quality management.
  • Purchase Order handling for both development and maintenance!

Besides technical Service Management skills, key success factors in this position is excellent network and cooperation skills and ability to build good relationship with business and IT stakeholders, both locally and globally.

Your Experience and Personality:

  • 3+ years in Service Management leading position
  • Experience with Service Now/Service portfolio mappings.
  • University degree in IT or related field
  • Previous experience in setting up new L2, L3 support organization (significant advantage)
  • ITIL experience or certification (ITIL4 is an advantage)
  • Experience from enterprise environment.
  • Self-organized and structured
  • Motivated, easy going with "can do" attitude.
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 4 000 Eur (gross) to 6 000 Eur (gross) per month plus annual bonuses which depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
